Anamaria Nino-Murcia
Facilitator

Anamaria has been helping founders and startup leaders feel better and lead better since 2011. Before she became a coach, Anamaria was employee #3 at ElliptiGO where she helped to launch a new consumer fitness product, category and sport.

In 2013, Anamaria launched a mission to bring the power of T-group from the Stanford GSB to the tech startup community. In true startup fashion, she piloted her first weekends in early 2014 out of her own living room, and has scaled the program from there to serve over 230 startup leaders.

Anamaria has personally facilitated 25+ T-group weekends both at Stanford and through her own program, where she has built a team of veteran startup operators to facilitate groups alongside her.

Jeff Barrett
Facilitator

Jeff is currently deploying his tech expertise as a U.S. government employee, and occasionally takes long weekends away to facilitate T-group weekends with Anamaria.

Prior to his work in government, Jeff was the founding CTO for Stitch Fix and led their Engineering, Product, and Design teams for four years.  When he joined in early 2012, Stitch Fix had a big idea, four employees, little revenue, and very little tech. At its IPO in November 2017, Stitch Fix employed over 5,000 people and was generating nearly $1B in revenue.

Before Stitch Fix, Jeff was the VP of Engineering at Opower, where he tripled the size of the engineering team while transitioning the team to Agile development and building a ton of product. Before Opower, Jeff held both management and IC roles in several startups, all of which have since passed on to that startup deadpool in the sky.

Jeff is also a co-founder/organizer of the SF CTO Club, and is still doing a bit of coaching & advising on the side.

Patricia Foley
T-group Chef

Chef Patricia Foley (Chef Paddy) grew up in Barrington, Illinois on a sixteen-acre family farm. The Foley Farm has been in the family since the early 1970’s and has been feeding local families for the past 20 years. Growing her own produce and eating healthy sustainable food inspired Paddy to attend Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago. Before graduating with Honors, she completed her culinary externship under Chef Giuseppe Tentori at the Michelin Star award winning, Boka Restaurant, in Chicago.

Chef Paddy has a passion for unique vegetables and bringing them to the table. She encourages local sustainability and utilizes the Farmers Markets across the Bay Area for her cuisine. Her clients always have an awareness of where the produce used comes from. Sourcing is an integral part of a beautiful and tasty meal. She takes inspiration from her extensive travels and four years of living abroad in her families homeland, Ireland. Her travels through England, Spain, France, Germany and Greece have taught her that food should be about life, family and friends. Most importantly, food should always be FUN!

Many T-group attendees have had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Paddy’s food. We are honored to have her providing healthy and delicious options during our weekends together! If you’d like to learn more about Chef Paddy or hire her for your own event, please visit her website.
